Exhibition Hall Rent (Ask for the information in detail please contact to 0316-6078511、6078512 transfer 608)
Hall-renter is able to cooperate with Jiahao Exhibition Service Co., Ltd in the various service styles such as lease exhibition land, consign undertaking, and combine to hold exhibition, etc.
The essential price consists of exhibition spot rent and the expenses on booth construction, other service price list depends on clients’ needs.
Indoor exhibition hall consists of International Hall A and International Hall B; The 17,000 of outdoor exhibition area can be hired separately or combination hired as well.
Exhibition Company provide the exhibition floor and the plan for booth-construction according to the request of hall-renter betaking outside.
This price list begins to take effect in January 1, 2005 (It depends on message)
1、Ground Rent
a、Indoor Field Rent: 7.5 RMB Yuan/㎡/Day (minimum lease construction area above 4,000 ㎡)
Booth-Construction Fee: (3*3=9㎡ 260 RMB Yuan/per booth
Above charges are including the use of public facilities such as lighting, fire protection system, TV monitor)
b、Outdoor Field Rent: 4 RMB Yuan/㎡/Day
PS: Booth Charge includes the lintel board, two lamps, a negotiating desk, 220V 1.5A electrical outlet. Every exhibition period (including stand booth and take away booth time) should keep in within 5 days. Over the number of days, we will take the surcharge.
2、Advertisement Issue
a、Ad-rate & Occupation charge: 30 RMB Yuan/㎡/Exhibition Period + 40% in the total sum amount for maintenance costs
If the exhibitor needs to use the billboard, which belongs to the exhibition hall, we will take the charge according to the criterion on 200 RMB Yuan for each billboard in an exhibition period.
b、High-suspension ad-rate & Occupation charge: (stand in the express way, south side of the International B Hall)
Charge: 120,000 RMB Yuan /Annual (Design & Install ad-picture twice for free)
10,000 RMB Yuan /Annual (Design & Install ad-picture once for free) |
